getaddrinfo

things seem to be working ok for me, but it appears that the macos x
getaddrinfo fails sometimes in a way that i haven't quite nailed down
(not that i've really tried to hard) when using gnus (i haven't
tested a lot of other apps). Anyway, changing this in config.h makes
gnus happy
