RE: Patch for Mouse-wheel

The wheel mice support is found to be quite nice, but I found that
this patch disables Japanese input method.  "command+space" to switch
to Japanese mode doesn't work.

Commenting out "#define USE_CARBON_EVENTS 1" solves the problem, so that
ReceiveNextEvent seems to perform nothing for the input method.
