problem with latest CVS version

I got the latest CVS version of emacs, after deleting the previous version.

First I gave the command
 ./configure
which seemed to work fine.  Then I tried
 make bootstrap
and got the following errors:
 make[1]: *** [dispnew.o] Error 1
 make: *** [bootstrap-src] Error 2

  Any suggestion?
