nxml-beginning-of-element, nxml-end-of-element

Hello,

I found the commands nxml-beginning-of-element and nxml-end-of-element
from http://www.dpawson.co.uk/relaxng/nxml/nxmlGeneral.html useful.
They seem like a natural thing to be part of nxml-mode.  If you decide
to include them, I think "C-c C-a" and "C-c C-e" would be good
bindings.
