Hi Lucas

I believe you, but it seems like you have posted this on a buggy place. 
At least I can not get the file with Firefox 3.

However, more important is that no one is actively maintaining nxml-mode 
outside of Emacs. If you want a newer version you should switch to Emacs 
23, but that version is not yet released. (A lot of people are running 
that anyway, built from the development sources.)
