Internal error in rng-validate-mode triggered at buffer position
180724. Symbol's function definition is void: string-to-sequence

Using
GNU Emacs 24.3.1 (x86_64-redhat-linux-gnu, GTK+ Version 3.8.2)
 of 2013-08-09 on buildvm-17.phx2.fedoraproject.org


Is this something new with 24.3? I've not seen it before.

The error message - Not clear if it relates to a buffer position in
the file being validated or the schema file.

Suggestions please?
