bug#2645: 23.0.90; [WISH] Bug reports movements should be available via RSS/ATOM

It would be really great to have RSS/ATOM in the current bug
report software so one could easily subscribe to specific bug
report without being forced to subscribe to the bug report list.

Could this be implemented onto our current tool ?
