bug#2746: [PATCH] 23.0.91; ELP header not aligned correctly.

It seems header-line-format in ELP has each column one char too short.

In GNU Emacs 23.0.91.1 (i386-apple-darwin9.6.0, NS apple-appkit-949.43)
