    However, elsewhere we generally do not bother much to put the noun first, to
    facilitate completion etc. We use, for example:

    Basic Parameters
    Position Parameters

I used to put the common word last
to facilitate completion in the menu which those nodes appear in.
Just `ba' will complete to `Basic Parameters'.  Just
`p' will complete to `Position Parameters'.
