bug#3761: 23.1.50; TAB file name completion skips valid entry

Here we go again. There are still problem with file name completion. I
have two directories:

  ~/ecb-cvs/
  ~/ecb-cvs-old/

Doing

  C-x C-f ~/ecb TAB

gives ~/ecb-cvs-old/ which is not what I want.

Of course I started from "emacs -Q".


In GNU Emacs 23.1.50.1 (i386-mingw-nt5.1.2600)
