have you tried using 4.1.2 DTD? Just a thought, because it's working for me ... also, do you still have the following lines in your init file? (autoload 'sgml-mode "psgml" "Major mode to edit SGML files." t) (autoload 'xml-mode "psgml" "Major mode to edit XML files." t) I know you said that this fixed something for you but then it didn't. I merely ask because in my xemacs, (require 'psgml) is all I need. I'm just wondering if you might have two psgml's running into each other somehow?
