There isn't anything to set up...TDTD-mode won't write a DTD for 
you, it just provides some syntax highlighting and a few  bells
and whistles. You still have to know how to write a DTD. It's not
like Near&Far or XML Spy.

I've never looked at it. But James Clark has a tool somewhere I
think that takes a DTD and creates a minimally valid instance.

You should also be able to just open a new file in psgml-mode,
which references the DTD, and just use Element Insert to see
what is needed.
