I always have to manually type the xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" attribute for the html element for XHTML 1.0 and 1.1 documents. psgml doesn't seem to know about this attribute (i.e. it isn't available from the Insert Attribute menu). This is a bit of a pain because I always forget its proper value and have to look it up or copy and paste it from another document. Is there some easy way I can get this attribute added automatically when I insert the html element in XHTML documents?
