Actually, it seems to me that this has nothing to do with psgml, but is probably a XEmacs 21.4.9 (Windows [2]) bug. Bryan, could you verify if you're running 21.4.9 (Windows [2]) or (Windows [1])? And this might be a bit offtopic on psgml-user, we'd appreciate the bug details at <[email protected]>.
