Hi,

from time to time (I have not yet find out the exact action which leads to
this) my SGML docbook source file got extended by some character
entities - like this:

instead of

<graphic fileref="find-file-minibuffer.png" align="center" scale="50">

I see now

<graphic ffileref="find-file-minibuffer.png" align="center" scale="50">

f is f (the next letter). The same happened before linkend (character
l as an entity got inserted) and before cols (c as entity got inserted).

Really interesting is that these entities are not really saved in the
file. The file is not marked as modified in Emacs, its buffer contains
these entities, but they are not present in the file on the disk.

Do you see that too? I use psgml 1.2.4 with GNU Emacs from CVS.
