Yep. But when you want to validate it? Or Norm updates everything? I've just moved all my external to emacs processing to use XML catalogs at work today. Once I get the website stuff working I'll do the same at home. I'm sold on it. (Also on libxml from the gnome crowd for no net validation!) It still understands your normal oasis catalog btw.
