I'll guess you have Emacs 25.  David is still trying to get CEDET to 
pass tests w/ Emacs 25.

On the Emacs mailing list, it was noted that Stefan made changes to 
Emacs that requires you to do a full rebuild of eieio based packages, so 
you should do a:

make clean-all
make

and to try again.
