What is default value for tokens?

Hi all, My grammar contains: %token QUALIFIED-NAME ;; qualified identifier or symbol %token LITERAL ;; any literal, string, number, char %token COMMENT ;; any comment and then I get warnings: *Warning* default value of <<no-type>> tokens changed to LITERAL, was COMMENT *Warning* default value of <<no-type>> tokens changed to QUALIFIED-NAME, was LITERAL Questions: 1. What is the 'type' thing and why is it useful? 2. What is 'default value' and why is it useful?
