Parsing header files without file extension

Hi

I think I have gotten semantic setup correctly. Everything seems to work except that semanticsdb is not parsing header files which don't include *.h extension. I am on OS X and the include directory /Library/Developer/CommandLineTools/usr/include/ contains header files without file extensions (i.e. iostream).

Headers containing *.h are no problem but the lasts ones are not parsed. Any fix for this? Or where should I start to try to fix it?
