best version of cedet to use?

Hi all,

I am following this guide here:

http://alexott.net/en/writings/emacs-devenv/EmacsCedet.html#sec2

and it states that standalone versions have more features, so I am trying
to use those. The "get version from repository" link doesn't work anymore.
The other link that says to get a snapshot works, but the last snapshot was
from 2014.

Is there a new place to get the latest cedet version?
