When I do make EMACS=emacs, it goes for a while and then I get make -C doc -C texi make[1]: Entering directory `/nfshome/jdayal/cedet/doc/texi' Makefile is out of date! It needs to be regenerated by EDE. If you have not modified Project.ede, you can use touch to update the Makefile time stamp. Doing make touch-makefiles doesn't help.
