Re: semantic-idle-scheduler-no-working-message documented but commented out

I do not know why the feature is disabled.  Hiding parser messages is 
something I personally don't do because I need to track what is going on 
while debugging, so I never noticed.

I would not be opposed to a patch that enables the hiding feature again, 
or even turning hiding on by default.

The patch should probably be applied to Emacs, as the sourceforge 
repository for semantic has gotten stuck behind the need for merges and 
I'm not sure when that will happen.
