Hi,

For example this file:
wget
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/torvalds/linux/master/include/linux/skbuff.h

open emacs on this file, and enable semantic-mode,

here is the result i get with (semantic-fetch-tags).

It has some results, but lots, lots, are missing.
