Scheme bovinator entering debugger

This bug has already been reported here:

I couldn't apply the changes that David pointed out, nor do I know 
wheter it is applicable to the current version of semantic. It happens 
when electric pair mode is activated and the syntax inside the matching 
parentheses is invalid. Unfortunately, this makes semantic unusable for 
me and semantic has to be disabled.
