[GNU ELPA] Devdocs version 0.7

Version 0.7 of package Devdocs has just been released in GNU ELPA.
You can now find it in M-x list-packages RET.

Devdocs describes itself as:

  The stable version of the package is available from [GNU ELPA] and a
  development version is available from [MELPA]; to install, type `M-x
  package-install RET devdocs'.
