A handy keybinding, thats really good to know.

I could have had emacs-w3m toggle the filter off in only a few
keystrokes (e.g. C-u f C-u 3 M-b C-k l <TAB> <RET>) the other day.
This would have saved me a lot time if I knew; its documented, but I
skimmed it and didnt see.  Thanks!
