[emacs-w3m:13681] [emacs-w3m/emacs-w3m] Maintenance update: auther Tsuyoshi CHO's email update (#84)

Long time no see.

I'm Tsuyoshi CHO.
I haven't been able to participate for a long time. Also, the environment has changed and it remains difficult to participate in development.

However, I don't think it's good that the email information is out of date (and never arrived), so I prepared a fix for that.

If It don't need or want this, please close it.

(This PR has the auxiliary purpose could be able to contact to me via email / GitHub if need)
