[emacs-w3m:13718] [emacs-w3m/emacs-w3m] BB filters - update stack-exchange filter (#86)

This corrects a bug that became evident in early December, related to bounds checking of searches. This PR also includes my version of the modification due to Youtube going full JS, reported several weeks ago, and patched independently by Katsumi-san.
