Like I said, I have no problem displaying the page. It works fine for me. Which commit inserted these changes? Looking at the Changelog file, I see the most recent mailcap-related change is 2019-11-11, and before that 2017-09-11. Also, I'm not sure the reporter will get our responses. My response email to the reporter was bounced as un-deliverable. His address at fsf.org is a forwarder alias to a real address at u.washington.edu.
