This is with the latest Debian package from the developer's repository
(Version: 3.40.arch.31-1), which contains planner 3.40.  Is the tla
version newer than that?

Perhaps something in my planner-plan-page-template is confusing the
library.  I have:


(setq planner-day-page-template
      (concat
       "#date Time-stamp: <>\n\n* Tasks\n\n"
       planner-diary-string "\n\n* Notes\n")
      planner-plan-page-template
      (concat
       "#date Time-stamp: <>\n\n* Tasks\n\n* "))


Any further ideas appreciated.
