Is that the latest release in a tarball or zip file? Looking at the
announcement for that release, it happened on 17 January 2006. I
think I fixed the duplicate schedule entry bug on 6 March 2006. It's
in the arch repository.

The latest development version has the same number as the last
release: 3.40.

I wonder if it should be changed immediately after a
release, or given a different numbering scheme, or something like
that to avoid confusion.
