[possibly bug] -- produce ``—''

Hello everyone!
I'm using muse which is checked out from the repository using tla
several days ago.
Now I find a problem, mabye a bug:
When I type

[[DiaryDoYouActOrReact][13 Do you Act -- or React]]

in muse, the produced html file is

<a href="DiaryDoYouActOrReact.html">13 Do you Act &amp;mdash; or React</a>

But when I use a single dash, it is OK, I wonder is this a bug?
