[Problem Report] [muse.el]Japanese pathed image does not expanded

Hi

*Attention this message contain japanese letters*

[Problem]
Whenever I include japanese in path like below,

[[../../../../public_html/img/千里/カトマンドゥw.gif]]

blank square are shown instead of the expected image.

Of course I choose full ascii path like below,

[[../../../../public_html/img/senri/katmandu_w.gif]]

the expected imaged expanded correcty.

[Environment]
  Debian etch
  uft8 named filesystem
  uft8 buffer
  muse-version :: 3.02.90
  emacs-version 21.4.1

[Related wish] ;-)
I hope remote-image also expand like locally stored image.
