Re: ssh fails with "Bad file descriptor" on Interix (SFU)

Wow, Interix!  I gave up on Interix quite a while ago but I can confirm a
similar issue, running NTEmacs but using ssh and friends built using
MinGW/MSYS.  I was never able to get interactive ssh to work correctly in
an Emacs shell window (using MSYS bash as the command shell) -- it hung as
AKF_SDS described.

I did get bash to work fairly smoothly for almost everything else
(including correct file name completion); I can offer a few hints on that
subject if anyone is interested.
