ERC in 24.3

Hello. I've been having this bug for quite some time and it kept me from 
switching to 24.3, but since 24.4 is coming soon, I decided to ask about it.

When I run ERC from Emacs 24.3 and join a channel I repeatedly get:
error in process filter: erc-channel-receive-names: Wrong type argument: 
hash-table-p, nil
error in process filter: Wrong type argument: hash-table-p, nil

I do receive messages from people on the channel, but can't post myself.

Everything works in 24.2.

I'm using windows 7.
