Is there a package, or some configuration option, to integrate svn and 
emacs on Windows?

I know about tortoise-svn.el, but that forks to the Tortoise dialog 
boxes.  I'd like something that works like Unix, where output appears in 
an emacs window.

I particularly like "annotate'.
