EMACS 24.3 on Windows

I use John Kitchin's Org-ref for bibtex management

my .emacs has this code

(setq helm-bibtex-pdf-open-function 'org-open-file)

I use doc-view mode with ghostscript to view pdfs

How do I force helm bibtex to view pdf from a default folder using DocView ?
