Broken mirror: Gutscheinrausch

Hello. When I tried to download Emacs for windows from
http://ftpmirror.gnu.org/emacs/ it redirected me to a nonexistent mirror
at https://www.gutscheinrausch.de/gnu/emacs/windows/. The actual mirror
is located at https://www.gutscheinrausch.de/mirror/gnu/windows/emacs/.

That being said, I don't understand why the mirror is located on a
commercial site in the first place.
