tty debocle

Hello I love emacs...
The reality is for my career I will always have to work within both windows
and Linux.
I am at a tough point here and I can't get around it. So you help is
greatly appreciated.
There is no give in docker, they want tty to be able to interact with
containers.

So having a 'tty' for :stdin,stdout,stderr shell is a requirement for me in
emacs.

*if i run *
>C:\
/dev/cons0

There are other workarounds that are not sustainable for Docker
Development.

So how do i run *shell* to do full tty?
