XAE 1.0beta7 Release Notes

* Adds an xae-compile-psgml command that byte-compiles
  the XAE's psgml Lisp library.

* Upgraded to the latest stable verion of the
  Saxon processor (Saxon 6.5.1).

  Thanks to Karel Sprenger for
  updating the XAE Java code to support 
  Saxon 6.5.1.

* Upgraded to the latest version of the 
  Docbook stylesheets

* Upgraded to the latest verion of the psgml
  package (psgml-1.2.4). This version supports
  Emacs 21
