 moved a chunk of the wealth he was priviledge to

 the country and deposited it in vault somewhere in
 ABROAD for safekeeping.

 In the vault was deposited funds in cash amounting
 to US$17.5
 million(Seventeen million,five hundred thousand
 United State dollars
 only).Here in exile we are facing harsh economic
 upheavals.

 It is against this backdrop that I and my family
  has decided to retrieve
 the deposit in the vault and put to use,and my
 father being dead,it nests on
 me to front for my family in this
