INVESTMENT ASSISTANCE 

I am a member of the "Contract Award Committee", Federal Ministry of Petroleum Resources, Nigeria. We are in search of an agent/partner who will assist us in the transfer of Fifteen 
Million US Dollars (US$15m) and subsequently invest same in 
lucrative ventures in your country. 

You will be required to: 

(1) Assist in the transfer of the said sum 
(2) Advise on lucrative area(s) of investment, and 
(3) Assist us in Investing the fund in lucrative ventures. 

This money came as a pay-back from contract deals between my 
committee and firms who executed contracts for the Ministry. 

If this offer is acceptable to you, we will compensate you with certain percentage that will be worked out by both parties and an agreement will be drawn to protect both parties.
