Installing SUMO Packages:
========================

        1) Download the SUMO packages from
           ftp.xemacs.org/pub/xeamcs/packages or any of its mirrors.

        2) Unpack to <emacs-roots>/lib/xemacs/ [1]
           e.g - cd /usr/local/lib/xemacs RET
               - tar zxvf /path/to/xemacs-sumo.tar.gz RET [2]

        3) Restart XEmacs.

Footnotes: 
[1]  'emacs-roots' defaults to '/usr/local/'. C-h v emacs-roots RET to
     check.

[2]  Assumes GNU tar.
