Please test current 21.4 code, all relevant patches have been applied
and committed.

Here is the list of files and their dispositions:

xemacs-21.4.19-texi.patch - Applied this.
xemacs-21.4.19-db.patch - Gentoo only - did not apply.
xemacs-21.4.21-vcdiff.patch - Applied this.
xemacs-21.4.22-large-images.patch - Had previously applied a similar patch.
xemacs-21.4.22-deprecated-ldap.patch - Had previously applied a similar patch.
xemacs-21.4.22-libpng15.patch - Had previously applied a similar patch.
xemacs-21.4.22-texinfo-5.patch - I fixed texinfo 5.2 warnings prior to
looking at this.
