The progress bar bug should be dead on the 21.4 branch.  If anyone
sees it, please let me know.

All - please expect a 21.4.24 release (that would be 21.4 final final
for those of you keeping score at home) sometime around the end of
March.  Please get your reports and possible patches in within the
next week.
