OK, so please start "xemacs -vanilla" and tell [email protected]
what steps are necessary to reproduce the problem.  Please be sure to
describe a simple test case, including a simple file that exhibits the
problem.  Often by stripping the problem down to a basic test case,
the problem will become obvious to you and/or others.

the file nt/README in the source has some (slightly bit-rotted)
instructions.

That's terrific.  If you can build against Visual Studio Community
2013, and document the steps you take, that would be great.
I will review the information and get the necessary changes
checked in.
