xemacs FreeBSD ports ready to commit

Hi, all

I've made up FreeBSD XEmacs ports and all tested in
10.3-RELEASE-p3(r300099), 10.3-STABLE(r300099) and
11.0-CURRENT(r300099) of latest ports tree(r415422).

All packages including relevant depends ones were up to [1],
[2] and [3] for 10.3-RELEASE-p3, 10.3-STABLE and
11.0-CURRENT respectively. 

FreeBSD XEmacs ports tree is in [4] and it's tarball is [5].
Diffs from ports tree(r415422) is [6].

To all XEmacs FreeBSD users, please test these and report
issues if any problem happend. First see [7] and install
favorite packages or ports.
