Thanks.  I'm glad to know that carries over from the usual <16 lines
is OK rule of thumb.  It _should_ but IANAL....

That should be more or less true for manuals, if you're not doing it
systematically.  But (for example) pasting a dozen 10-line fragments
from annotation.el into "@node Practical Use of Glyphs" is scary.  And
there's the issue of contrib code with good docstrings and no Info
node, and some good soul decides to write one---from the docstrings.

However, on the wiki I can easily imagine somebody pasting all of
sample.init.el, say.  That's the kind of thing that worries me, also
maybe patches since Ben is talking about (maybe) using the wiki as a
way to handles some aspects of our workflow.
