As to the wiki: I've had copyright and licensing discussion overdose
on some other wikis these last few days, so I'm mostly interested in
removing any obstacles people still see in using emacswiki.org for
XEmacs.

I've seen people dual-licensing their work on wikis; this takes two
forms: Authors note on their namepages that all their contributions
are also licensed under foo, and/or authors create new pages and note
on that page that this particular page is also licensed under foo.
Would that be good enough?
