One, at least, of those is a hypocrite: rms.

It's the license that sucks.  rms says so himself; he advises everyone
else to, wherever possible, use an existing license, even if it's not
exactly what you want.  But for purely political reasons, and to the
specific advantage of his "software copyright trust", the FSF, _he_
created a new one.

When so many real people deliberately avoid, and advise others to
avoid, use of the proprietary rights that the FDL reserves (and the
FSF makes use of!), it's clear that something is seriously wrong.
This makes it crystal clear that it is those who use the FDL,
especially the proprietary rights, who are forcing us to worry about
"nasty details."

Support software freedom---treat the FDL just like you would treat any
other proprietary license.
